Terms of Service

By creating a ScaleVerdict account, connecting a Shopify store or Meta Ads account, or otherwise using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy.

ScaleVerdict is a business (B2B) product. You must be at least 18 years old, able to form a binding contract, and authorized to act on behalf of the business or workspace you represent to use the service.

• You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think it has been accessed without permission.
• A workspace has an owner and may have other members. If you own a workspace with other members, some actions — including account deletion — may require resolving ownership or membership first.

ScaleVerdict helps ecommerce advertisers turn advertising and store data into decision-support recommendations: KILL, WATCH, KEEP or SCALE. ScaleVerdict is offered worldwide where lawfully and technically supported.

To use the core features of ScaleVerdict, you connect a supported Shopify store and/or Meta Ads account and authorize ScaleVerdict to read data from them (currently, read-only access to Shopify products, inventory and orders, and read-only access to Meta Ads campaign, ad set, ad and performance data). ScaleVerdict does not pause, edit or otherwise change your ads, budgets or store on your behalf; you remain in control of, and responsible for, your own Shopify store and Meta Ads account.

You represent that you have the authority to connect the Shopify store and Meta Ads account you link to ScaleVerdict, and that doing so does not violate any agreement you have with Shopify, Meta or any other party. You can disconnect either connection at any time from within the app.

ScaleVerdict is decision-support software, not a guarantee of any outcome. Recommendations, estimated store profitability figures and any other analysis are provided for informational purposes to help you make your own decisions. ScaleVerdict does not guarantee advertising results, sales, profitability, revenue or any other business outcome, and is not a substitute for your own judgment or professional advice.

ScaleVerdict’s recommendations depend on data reported by Shopify and Meta. We do not control, and cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of, data those platforms provide. ScaleVerdict does not currently attribute a specific Shopify order to a specific Meta ad; ad-level recommendations rely on Meta’s own reported ad performance, and Shopify sales data is shown separately at the store level.

New workspaces receive a 14-day free trial, and no payment card is required to start it. There is no permanent free plan. After the trial ends, continued access to ScaleVerdict’s protected features requires an active paid subscription; the application enforces this automatically, and you will see a clear notice and an option to subscribe once your trial has ended.

ScaleVerdict currently offers the Starter plan at USD $9.95 per month. Other plans shown as “Coming Soon” are not currently available and are not offered under these terms until launched. Subscriptions are billed and processed through Stripe-hosted Checkout. Before you are charged, you will be shown the plan and price and asked to complete payment through Stripe.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically every month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the billing management option in the app. Cancelling stops future renewal; you keep access to paid features through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and access then ends.

From time to time, promotion codes may be available at Checkout. Promotion codes are created, validated and applied by Stripe; eligibility, discount amount and any restrictions (such as expiry or redemption limits) are determined by Stripe and the terms of the specific promotion.

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. We do not offer a general money-back guarantee. Deleting your account or cancelling your subscription does not itself create a refund for amounts already paid.

You can permanently delete your account from Settings → Account. Deleting your account stops any active subscription for workspaces you own before your data is removed, and does not automatically issue a refund. Workspaces you solely own, and their associated strategies, saved costs and local Shopify/Meta connection records, are deleted; if you own a workspace with other members, deletion of that workspace may be blocked until ownership is resolved, which may require contacting support. Your membership in workspaces owned by others is removed without affecting those workspaces. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on what is retained afterward and why.

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone’s rights while using ScaleVerdict;
• try to access other people’s accounts, workspaces or data, or probe, disrupt or overload the service;
• use automated means to scrape the service or create accounts in bulk;
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service except where the law allows;
• upload malicious code or use the service to send spam or harmful content.

ScaleVerdict, including its software, design, name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer any ownership. You keep ownership of the content you create in the app, such as your strategies and saved product costs, and you allow us to store and process it in order to provide the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into ScaleVerdict (such as product costs) and for having the right to connect the Shopify and Meta accounts you link. If your business collects personal information from your own customers, you remain responsible for that information and your own compliance obligations toward them.

ScaleVerdict relies on third-party services, including Shopify, Meta, Stripe, and our hosting, database, authentication and email infrastructure providers, to operate. Your use of Shopify and Meta remains subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or behavior of third-party services outside our control.

We work to keep ScaleVerdict available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and it may be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may add, change or remove features over time; we will not remove or materially reduce paid features you are currently subscribed for without reasonable notice.

Except as expressly stated in these terms, ScaleVerdict is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

To the fullest extent the law allows, ScaleVerdict is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service, including decisions you make based on its recommendations. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, which is zero while you are on the free trial. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any right of a third party, including any Shopify customer or Meta Ads policy.

You can stop using ScaleVerdict at any time and delete your account as described above. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to protect the service or other users, or if we discontinue the service, in which case we will provide reasonable notice where practical.

We may update these terms as ScaleVerdict develops. We will change the “last updated” date, and for significant changes we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use ScaleVerdict after a change means you accept the updated terms.
